This 8,700 SF interior renovation was completed in Culpeper, Virginia to convert the upper-level of an existing facility to a new women’s center for obstetric & gynecological services. Exterior renovations included a new entrance with a glass canopy, improvements to the exterior façade, 3,000 SF of new sidewalk, and exterior landscaping. Interior renovations included new finishes and electrical fixture upgrades for a new patient registration and waiting area, a new nurse station, and (11) exam rooms. Mechanical and plumbing coordination was required with the lower level.
