Logan Deady -- General Manager
Logan has been working for W.E. Bowman Construction Inc. for 4 Years.
Logan, as general manager, “Make[s] day-to-day operations run smoothly.”
“Whether it's balancing budgets, checking in on client projects, or responding to the needs of our employees, his goal is to make sure w.e.bowman maintains the strong reputation for quality work provided by a quality team.”
Logan says, “My favorite part about my job is solving problems and seeing results. It’s pretty simple, but I love the challenge of working [out] an issue and the feedback of whether it went well or not.”
Kathy Combs -- Business Development Representative and Project Engineer
Kathy has been working at W.E. Bowman Construction Inc. for 2 years.
As a “Business Development Representative,” Kathy “nurture[s] and cultivate[s] relationships with current clients as well as seek[s] out new partnerships with potential clients [as well as] prospect[ing] and seek[ing] out new opportunities and project pipelines in RVA. As a project engineer [she] support[s] the self-perform team in the field and our general contracting services projects which include our properties’ service calls.”
Her favorite part of her job is the “diversity of the work. My position requires multi-tasking on a daily basis. I am a people person so I enjoy developing the relationships with our current clients and prospective clients. I enjoy interacting with our field staff and helping to make their jobs easier. One day I may be geared up with all PPE and working a job site and others may be interacting with clients and partnering with them to find solutions for their needs. I want to be the person they call first and be their “easy” button for projects. Most of all I enjoy being part of a family owned company that has created a family atmosphere with our team and values all the people that make W. E. Bowman Construction Inc. what we are!”
Brendan Fagan -- Senior Project Manager
Brendan has been working at W.E. Bowman Construction Inc. for 22 years!
As a Project Manager, Brendan “provide[s] overall management and direction for construction projects with control over all aspects of the project from Pre-Construction through the Construction phases of the project. They provide leadership to the project team and work collaboratively with the Superintendent and Project Engineer. The Project manager is the liaison for the contractor and client/ owner and design team and facilitator for all aspects of the project. The Project Manager assists to build and maintain client relationships.”
His favorite part of his job is “collaborating with coworkers and learning new things about our industry.”
