First impressions often leave a lasting impact, and we want our office to be just as inviting as our field and construction management team members. Being a construction company, we have made many up-fits to our own office building in the past 14 years to make our working environment just that.

W.E. Bowman Construction Inc. bought the 3715 Belt Boulevard property in 2006. Soon after--in 2007--our self-perform construction team, along with subcontractors, completely gutted and renovated the interior of the property. At the completion of this project, the newly renovated W.E. Bowman Construction Inc. office housed a front desk, reception area, kitchen, restrooms, six offices, and a conference room. A fully-operational shop with a new exterior ramp was an ideal addition to the outside of the building. Utilizing the new concrete ramp and the pre-existing loading dock doors created a perfect spot for trucks to easily load and unload supplies.
As our company grew throughout the 2010’s, we began adding more office space to accommodate our new construction management and business development team members.
A 2011 renovation brought more offices and planning areas to our construction management team--an update spanning about two months. During that renovation we made a designated pod of offices for estimating and business development team members with a shared collaborative plan table. This up-fit included the installation of large windows in place of loading dock openings allowing lots of natural light into the office.
Our latest and greatest update to our office took place in 2017. During this time as W.E. Bowman Construction Inc. continued to grow, we added another wing of offices, additional restrooms, new coats of paint, and a large training and meeting room. New resources including adjustable standing-desks, white-board walls, a storage mezzanine, new windows, and intricate plan tables were all part of the 2017 update!
